Wedding Consultation

At Andrew Salter Weddings & Events, I will offer you a FREE no obligation meeting to discuss your wedding plans and ideas to see if I can be of help.
This will allow me to get to know you both understand what visions you have for the wedding. It will also enable you to learn about me and how I work.

Within one week I will send you your proposal which includes a summary of your wedding, the services I can provide and my quotation.
The fee is determined after the consultation once I have understood the level of service you require, but generally it is 10% of a wedding budget or a minimum charge of £2,000

Planning

I will enroll the services of carefully selected suppliers who I have been working with during my career or suggest new ones to suit your wedding. I will work closely throughout the planning stage so that everyone is up to speed with the wedding plans.

A personal working plan will be provided with the budget, time scale and supplier payment schedule to ensure every element of the planning process is kept on track.

Design

If you decide to accept my proposal, I will present my initial design ideas to you and ensure that all suppliers work with your theme in mind. A 'mood' board will then be presented to you detailing the proposed design.

Co-ordination

I will be there to manage everything on the day working with the venue and my experienced team of suppliers to ensure that every detail of the wedding plan is followed through. With my extensive experience in hotel and event management you will feel confident that no stone will remain unturned.
