So leave it to me. I will research exactly what you want for your event: whether that’s finding the perfect venue, supplier, making the booking, or confirming all the arrangements for you. Nothing is ever too much trouble and attention to detail is of paramount importance; I’m always one step ahead of anticipating your needs.

My Meeting and Events Fees
Your initial consultation is free. Then I can gather together all the necessary information to be able to provide a cost of planning and co-ordinating your meeting or event.
Supplier search
When you’re hosting an event finding the best suppliers in the business is vital, which is why things are so much easier with the help of an experienced event planner. Kent, Sussex and London’s leading suppliers have built strong relationships with me. So whether you need a marquee, photographer, jeweller, florist, chef, entertainer, musician, or any other supplier, I can find the best solution for your event.
From £75.00 per supplier requested; includes a short list of three suppliers per category. There is no fee if the full meeting and events package is chosen.
Venue search
From £175.00; to include a short list of three suitable venues based on your criteria. There is no fee if the full meetings and events package is chosen.
‘On the day’ management package
A fixed fee of £450 will apply; this includes final advice and planning four weeks before, and ‘on the day’ management.
'Twelve Weeks to Go' package
A fixed fee of £925 will apply; based on taking over the final plans of your day twelve weeks before, and ‘on the day’ management.
Full package
A fee of 10% of the agreed event budget will be charged or a minimum charge of £1,000. This is based on advice, planning and guidance leading up to your event, and includes full co-ordination on the day.
